Returns and Shipping Policy
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your order, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your Rayne and Root Holistics order at hello@rayneandroot.com and include your order number. We will do our best to assist you.
Reshipping Packages
If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for the cost of reshipping the package. If you choose not to cover the reshipping cost, you will forfeit the package, as returned packages are not considered an error on our part. In the event we agree to a refund, we must physically receive the package with all items included and undamaged before processing the refund. Once we receive the package, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Lost/Delayed Packages
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We recommend contacting your local postal service and customs agency for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
International Orders
For international orders, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Once a package is shipped, tracking it can be challenging as the shipping process is out of our hands. Sometimes USPS stops updating tracking information once the package leaves the U.S. The international shipping process can take extra time due to customs and other factors. We recommend reaching out to your local postal service and customs agency for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
